Who are the lessons for?

EnglishWayUp offers online English learning for students aged 9–18, across levels A1–C1. Lessons are shaped around the learner’s level, goals and pace.

What if we don’t know the English level?

That’s fine. Choose “Not sure yet” in the registration form and tell us what the student would like to improve. We can discuss a suitable starting point together.

Can lessons help with schoolwork?

Yes. School curriculum support focuses on understanding difficult topics and developing the skills to work more independently. Tell us what the student is working on when you get in touch.

How long is a lesson?

You can request 60 or 90 minutes. We also offer 45-minute lessons exclusively for children aged 10 and under (ages 9–10 within our school’s age range). There are no automatic breaks between lessons. Choose a suitable length in the booking section.

Can I book a time on the website?

Yes. Choose a lesson duration, then select an available time in the calendar and complete the booking steps. No payment is required when booking. Please check your time zone and wait for Cal’s confirmation.

What happens when I complete a form?

Your enquiry is sent to our team. We will reply by email to discuss the next steps. Sending a form does not confirm enrolment or reserve a lesson.

How do bookings and cancellations work?

No payment is required when booking. Book at least 24 hours ahead. Reschedule free with at least 12 hours’ notice. For cancellation refunds and emergency exceptions, read the full policy. View booking and cancellation policy →
