ENGLISHWAYUP
Privacy information
About enquiries, email and online bookings.
EnglishWayUp is operated by VERBAIS REALITY Ltd. For questions about information you share with us, use our contact form.
Enquiries and registration
We ask for the parent or guardian’s name and email, the student’s first name, age and learning focus. English level, phone and additional notes are optional. The contact form asks for your name, email and message. These details help us reply and discuss learning or scheduling. A parent or guardian should complete introductions for learners under 18. Please avoid sensitive information, school records and a child’s full name.
When you submit a form, the website sends the details through Cloudflare and Brevo to our school inbox. An acknowledgement may be sent to the email address you provide. An enquiry does not confirm enrolment or reserve a lesson.
Service providers
The website is prepared for Cloudflare hosting. Cloudflare processes technical request information to serve the website and, when enabled, Turnstile checks to protect forms from automated abuse. Brevo delivers messages when direct form sending is enabled. Our contact inbox is hosted by Google. This website does not add form submissions to a marketing mailing list or store them in a website database. Messages are handled in the email services.
Booking a lesson
When online booking is enabled, selecting “Choose a time” loads Cal.com’s calendar. Information you enter there is processed by Cal.com and the connected calendar services to arrange your lesson. Cal.com confirms bookings according to the event settings. Until online booking is enabled, please use our contact form; no time is reserved by selecting a lesson duration.
Your browser and information
The website itself has no analytics, advertising trackers or external font requests. Cal.com loads only when you open the calendar; Turnstile loads when online forms are enabled. These providers may process technical information and use storage needed for their services. Form drafts are not saved by this site between visits; your browser may retain entries according to its settings.
For questions about information you have shared, use our contact form.
Privacy information still being finalised
This is preliminary information, not a completed privacy policy. Company address and registration details, retention periods, applicable legal basis, international transfer arrangements and rights/request procedures must be confirmed by the operator before public launch.
